T L – Accounts Receivable Collections

Location: Infopark,Kochi

Shift: 6 PM - 3 AM, (Monday-Friday)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Package: Up to 8 –10 LPA

We are hiring Team Leaders with solid experience in Accounts Receivable Collections, Dispute Management, and team handling.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage collections and dispute management operations

• Monitor team performance, SLA adherence, and collection targets

• Handle escalations and support resolution of complex disputes

• Analyze aging reports, collection trends, attrition, and shrinkage metrics

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for process improvements

Requirements
• Graduate/Masters in Accounting / CA Inter / CWA Inter

• 5+ years of experience in AR Collections & Dispute Management

• Minimum 2 years of experience handling attrition and shrinkage management as Team Leader

• Strong people management and stakeholder management skills

• SAP/JDE and Excel knowledge preferred

• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
