About the Opportunity

A rapidly expanding healthcare provider in India’s premium cardiac care sector, we deliver world-class interventional cardiology services across Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities. Our centers are equipped with state-of-the-art cath labs, AI-assisted imaging, and hybrid ORs, enabling complex PCI, structural heart interventions, and advanced electrophysiology procedures. We’re building India’s next-generation cardiac care network — where clinical excellence meets operational scale and patient-centric outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume coronary and structural interventions — including complex PCI, rotational atherectomy, IVUS/OCT-guided stenting, TAVR, and MitraClip — with adherence to global protocols and local guidelines.
- Lead multidisciplinary cardiac teams during emergent cases (STEMI, cardiogenic shock, acute valvular emergencies) and drive protocol-driven, time-sensitive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cardiothoracic surgeons, electrophysiologists,



and imaging specialists to deliver integrated care pathways for complex valvular and congenital conditions.
- Ensure cath lab efficiency: optimize case scheduling, reduce door-to-balloon times, and maintain zero infection and complication benchmarks.
- Mentor junior fellows and technicians, conduct audits, and contribute to clinical research, publication, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in community cardiac awareness programs and hospital outreach to drive early diagnosis and prevention.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
- DM Cardiology or DNB Cardiology with completed interventional fellowship
- Active NMC registration with valid state license
- Proficiency in complex PCI, rotational atherectomy, IVUS/OCT, TAVR, MitraClip
- Experience managing STEMI, cardiogenic shock, and high-risk PCI cases
- ACLS certification
- Solid clinical documentation and audit compliance skills

Preferred
- Experience in structural heart interventions beyond TAVR (e.g., LAAO, PF
