About the role

As a key figure in ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of our customer's networks, you will lead critical incident resolutions and implement innovative solutions that enhance business operations and customer satisfaction.
- Lead P1 and MI crises calls to deliver swift resolutions, minimizing impacts on business operations.
- Plan and standardize changes effectively to ensure a high quality of service.




- Implement all IP configuration changes and manage customer network integrations, focusing on hybrid and customized networks.
- Ensure the on-time and accurate execution of customer RFCs, aimed at delivering outstanding experiences.
- Maintain a target of zero errors through careful completion of tasks.
- Collaborate in Low-Level Design calls, contributing to network design and integration proposals.
- Utilize knowledge of WAN, MLAN, WLAN, SDx, Optimization and Scripting (Automation) in daily operations.
- Engage in technical escalation management and serve as the technical SPOC for internal L1-L2 teams.
- Conduct quarterly and half-yearly technical audits for designated customer networks.
- Manage level 3 incidents and lead technical discussions both with customers and internal stakeholders.
