Summary:
We are looking for an experienced DDI Engineer with solid expertise in DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (DDI) platforms, specifically Men & Mice Micetro and Infoblox. The candidate will be responsible for design, implementation, administration, troubleshooting, automation, and operational support of enterprise DDI infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The role requires deep understanding of enterprise DNS architecture, IPAM management, DNS security, DNS delegation, GSLB concepts, and integration with network/security platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:




Manage and administer enterprise DDI infrastructure using Micetro and Infoblox.
Configure and maintain authoritative, Recursive DNS, DHCP services and IPAM solutions
Handle DNS zone creation, delegation, forward/reverse lookup zones configurations.
Perform onboarding and migration of DNS zones between legacy and DDI platforms.
Configure and troubleshoot DNS forwarding, Conditional forwarding, Split-horizon DNS, Anycast DNS concepts.
Implement DHCP scopes, reservations, failover, and lease management.
Manage IP address allocation, subnet planning, and IP utilization reporting.
Monitor DNS/DHCP health, availability, and performance.
Troubleshoot DNS resolution, replication, latency, and delegation issues.
Support automation.
Participate in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and change management activities.
Create operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
