Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, ensuring productivity, accountability, and high-quality hiring outcomes
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes
Maintain the organizational work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies
Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms such as Naukri, IIMJobs, LinkedIn, and Indeed
Shortlist suitable candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct virtual interviews and candidate assessments, ensuring quality screening and evaluation
Manage stakeholder relationships by ensuring solid alignment, regular updates, and proactive resolution of hiring challenges
Drive end-to-end recruitment independently for key, business-critical, and leadership roles
Maintain MIS reports, recruitment trackers, and present them as required




Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital
