We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant – ServiceNow with strong expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM), including HAM/SAM implementations, asset lifecycle management, integrations,



and CMDB alignment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with a solid understanding of ITAM processes and platform capabilities.

This role is primarily focused (70–80%) on ITAM, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), asset governance, and integrations, while exposure to ITSM, CMDB, and other modules will be considered secondary.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow ITAM solutions, including HAM and SAM modules.

Configure and maintain asset lifecycle processes including procurement, receiving, inventory, allocation, transfer, and disposal.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ITAM solutions.

Design and implement integrations with third-party systems such as procurement tools, SCCM, Intune, JAMF, and discovery
