Position Purpose

The Position will work across a variety of Business environments being directly involved in Instrument Engineering, Execution, product development, implementing Process updates for International Contract Manufacturing Partners. The person will Analyze, plan, execute and perform Instrumentation Project activities related to Consolidating Inputs form engineering documents, P&IDs;, implementation of site Safety standards , Coordinating with Contractors, Preparing area wise Tracker & Project Updates, preparing basic details like IO List , Instrument Index, Instrument Specification Sheet, preparing control narratives & schematics, Interlock List, cable tray & cable scheduling & related grass root activities for Instrumentation execution.

Strategic Responsibilities
- Coordinating with AM Electrical / DGM Projects,



Site Contractor to deliver Project Objectives as per Project Charter/ Schedule for Brown/Green Field Project.
- To assist, coordinate with suggestion mainly on Instrument installations of various field Instruments like Control valves, On Off Valves, HART & FF Transmitters, Analysers & Sensors related to P&ID;, Hook Up drawing, Instrument Index .
- Development of Graphics, implementing Interlocks, Control schematics on PLC/DCS Platform.

Operational Responsibilities
- Align Self & Resources for Deliverables as enlisted in Project Schedule/ Charter
- Support Project activities for Green & Brown field Projects
- Preparing Instrument Index, IO List, Instrument Data sheet,
- Engineering Vendor development & assessment
- Preparing/referring Hook Up drawings & ensuring Installations related to same
- Generating Installation BOM,
- Assimilating Data for Implementation from Hazop, Interlock List etc..
- Calibrat
