Customer Support (Hindi Order Management)

Location: Infopark, Kochi

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)

Experience: Fresher / 1 to 3 years (BPO / Customer Support – Hindi Process)

Excellent Hindi communication skills (Mandatory)

Good English communication skills (spoken)

Shift Details
- Female Candidates: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Male Candidates: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 5 Days | 2 Days off

Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to order management for GCC countries through calls, chats, and emails.
- Assist customers with order rescheduling, delivery updates, cancelations, and other order-related concerns.
- Coordinate with delivery agents and logistics teams in case of delayed orders.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely communication with customers regarding delivery timelines.
- Update and maintain order placement details in the software on an hourly basis.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and order updates in the system.




- Provide professional and timely customer support while maintaining service quality standards.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.

Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory)
- Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in BPO / Customer Support (Hindi voice process preferred)
- Experience in handling customer calls will be an added advantage.

Robust Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
Good English communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM/order management software.
Ability to multitask and handle customer issues efficiently.
Freshers with excellent Hindi communication skills can also apply.
Candidates with prior experience in BPO or customer support will have an added advantage
