Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily field visits to tech parks, malls, hospitals, and educational institutions to pitch branding and promotional space partnerships
Perform on-site assessments to evaluate footfall, visibility, and suitability for branding setups
Meet facility managers, admin heads, and leasing teams to build relationships and close space acquisition deals
Negotiate terms and secure inventory access for branding and event activations
Oversee on-ground execution of initial setups, ensuring proper installation and coordination with vendors
Maintain and update daily records of visits, contacts, and follow-ups in tracking sheets
Manage and track pipeline activities to ensure consistent outreach and conversions
Represent the company professionally during all field interactions and meeting
