Description
- To lead and manage the support, maintenance, and optimization of the bank’s core banking applications and interfaces connecting to CBS.
- This role ensures uninterrupted banking operations, effective incident resolution, and problem management to continous improve uptime to manage the Retail Module in Flexcube Core Banking System.
- Oversee daily CBS retail application Support of core banking systems and related modules and make sure incidents/Service requests are resolved witin TAT.
- Ensure smooth execution of EOD/B OD/EOM/EOY processes.
- Monitor system health, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities:
- Provide First and second-level support for application-related issues of retail module.
- Collaborate with business/Operations users and IT helpdesk to resolve day-to-day issues.
- Liaise with external vendors for support, enhancements, and compliance.
- Meet and negotiate service levels; and manage vendor performance.
- Lead incident, change, and problem management processes.




- Lead and mentor the application support team.
- Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor performance.
- Conduct training sessions for users and internal teams.
- Drive to implement best practices.
- Coordinate with InfoSec and Technology teams for system hardening, penetration testing, and patch management.
- Maintain operational manuals and ensure regulatory compliance
- Drive service improvement reviews and ensure SLAs/OLAs are met.

Functional Responsibilities:
- Manage CASA, TD/RD, Standing Instruction, Remittance, Clearing, TDS, Interest applicaiton, Retail loan, cash credit, overdraft in Flexcube Retail module.
- Support for Month end, Quarter-end, & year end activities
- Support DR drill execution as along with surround systems
- Support for enhancements and production support fixes.
- Support for VAPT mitigation and audit observations (internal, regulatory)

MCA/ MTech/ Btech
