Role Overview

* We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to design scalable, reliable,
and high-performing data solutions that support operational applications,
analytics, reporting, and enterprise integration needs.
* As a Data Architect, you will own the conceptual, logical, and physical
design of data models, with a solid focus on PostgreSQL-based platforms. You
will translate business requirements and source-system structures into
well-governed schemas, data contracts, integration patterns, and implementation
standards.
* Working at the intersection of data architecture, database engineering,
data integration, and software development, you will collaborate with business
analysts, application teams, data engineers, product owners, and infrastructure
teams to ensure data solutions are fit for purpose, secure, maintainable, and
aligned with enterprise standards.
* This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong data modeling
capabilities with hands-on PostgreSQL, advanced SQL, and Python skills and who




can guide delivery teams from architecture through implementation and
production optimization.

Key Responsibilities

* Data Architecture & Modeling
* Define enterprise and solution-level data architecture for operational data
stores, application databases, integration layers, and analytical data products.
* Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models based on
business processes, reporting needs, source-system structures, and
non-functional requirements.
* Design normalized, denormalized, canonical, and dimensional models and
select the appropriate modeling pattern for each use case.
* Define entities, attributes, relationships, keys, constraints, reference
data, hierarchies, and business rules.
* Develop source-to-target mappings, data dictionaries, naming standards,
metadata specifications, and model documentation.
* Review existing data models and recommend improvements for scalability,
consistency,
