Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement/: To reduce production lead times and remove process waste, implement 5S, Kaizen, Single/-Minute Exchange of Die, and Poke/-Yoke /(mistake/-proofing/) programs. Material Flow & BOM Management/: Work with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure that raw materials and subassemblies are delivered to the line on time, avoiding delays caused by material famine. Standard Work Enforcing & Operator Training/:



Give operators and line technicians practical training while enforcing strict adherence to SOPs, job instructions, and safety measures.
