Role Summary

Lead - Instrumentation

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with regulatory authorities with matters concerning the legal requirements.

• DCS, PLC Trouble shooting

• Digitalisation projects implementation.

• Handling of Computer System Validations & GAP assessment.

• Implementation of energy conservation measures.

• Identification of training needs in the section.

• Inventory management.

• Authorized to verify P&IDs;, PFDs, Layouts and other drawings.

• Preparation and verifying documents/records related to QMS and EMS under SMV facility.

• Execution of the projects initiated from the department on regular basis.





• Planning and execution of different types of maintenance of equipment and its accessories in co-ordination with users.

• Review the change control changes related to section.

• Review the Qualification & re-qualification protocols and reports.

• Review of Risk Assessment Protocol, Reports and FMEA.

• Review of CAPA initiation & Closure (With Respect to Audits, OOS, OOT, Errata & Deviations).

• Review of periodical validations for air handling units as per periodical schedule.

• Review of SOP’s, EOP’s, OCP’s and related annexures (Revision / Current procedure).

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: B.Tech (Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication Engineering)
Experience: 14 to 18 years
