Your role and responsibilities
In this role, we are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineering Lead to join our Industrial Automation Digital Organization. You will play a key role in driving software quality for ABB's next-generation Edge and Cloud-based industrial automation products through comprehensive test strategy, automation,
performance validation, and continuous quality improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in automation testing, performance engineering, API validation, and modern software quality practices. You will work closely with global development teams across product management, software engineering, and architecture to ensure high-quality, reliable, and secure software releases.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Define test strategy, validation scope, and quality plans for Edge and Cloud-based industrial automation products by understanding product roadmaps, features, and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive functional, integration, system, regression, API, and non-functional test cases to ensure product quality and release readiness.
