We are looking for a Team Lead QA Automation to lead the quality engineering efforts for our Retail Pricing Solution.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based automation testing, UI and functional testing, test framework development, and Agile delivery.

You will lead a team of QA engineers, define automation strategies, ensure high-quality releases, and collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the QA Automation team in delivering high-quality software for enterprise retail pricing applications.
Define and implement the automation testing strategy, standards, and best practices across multiple projects.
Design, develop, review, and maintain scalable Java-based automation frameworks for UI, functional, and regression testing.
Ensure comprehensive test coverage by developing automated test suites for critical business workflows.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Architects to understand business requirements and define effective test strategies.




Review functional requirements and identify test scenarios, edge cases, and automation opportunities.
Lead sprint planning, estimation, task allocation, and QA deliverables within Agile teams.
Monitor automation execution, analyze failures, and ensure timely defect resolution.
Mentor and coach QA engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster releases.
Track QA metrics, automation coverage, defect leakage, and release quality KPIs.
Drive continuous improvements in automation processes, framework architecture, and overall testing efficiency.
Coordinate cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure a consistent user experience.

Mandatory Skills

812 years of experience in Software Testing with at least 4+ years in Automation Testing.
