What You ‘ll Do

You will join our high-performance Data & AI team and play a key role in developing advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and accelerate digital transformation across the enterprise.

Collect, clean, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple business and technology sources.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
Develop data-driven insights and recommendations that support strategic business decisions.
Perform statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, root cause analysis, and predictive analytics.
Design, develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business use cases.
Build predictive, classification, regression, clustering, recommendation, and forecasting models.
Evaluate model performance using appropriate statistical metrics and optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
Research, prototype,



and implement emerging AI and Machine Learning techniques to solve complex business problems.
Develop feature engineering pipelines, data transformation workflows, and reusable machine learning datasets.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for analytics and AI applications.
Work with large enterprise datasets using SQL, cloud platforms, and up-to-date data engineering frameworks.
Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and documentation across analytical workflows.
Develop interactive dashboards, executive reports, and business intelligence solutions using modern visualization tools.
Present analytical findings, business insights, and AI recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Business Leaders to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
Participate in enterprise AI, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives across multiple business domains.
