Description

In this role, you will lead the redesign of key processes and workflows, take full ownership of opportunity identification and supervise end-to-end implementation ensuring smooth integration and sustainable operational excellence.

• Global Transformation Initiatives: Actively support or drive key transformation initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Process Re-engineering: Analyze and redesign complete business processes through levers of offshoring, AI automation, RPA automation, digital transformation and process streamlining.
• Process Mapping: Develop detailed process maps for current (as-is) and future (to-be) process flows, providing clear visual documentation for stakeholders.
• Opportunity Identification & AI Use Cases:



Identify and evaluate opportunities for process offshoring, elimination, and standard and AI automation(e.g., Gen AI, ML, NLP) to solve complex business problems and streamline workflows; Quantify the financial and operational impact of proposed standard as well as AI driven process improvements. Develop business case, calculate projected ROI, and track post-implementation metrics to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value
• Service Level and KPI Review: Assess current and proposed service level requirements and process KPIs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Governance and Service Management: Review and refine governance and service management frameworks to maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Design Workshops: Organize and support workshops to design cutting-edge solutions, fostering collaborative environments for idea generation and problem-solving.
