Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the implementation of SAP solution extensions for customers across assigned regions.
- Manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including initial deployments and global rollouts.
- Develop solution blueprints, functional specifications, implementation guidelines, and enforce SAP best practices and standardization.
- Enable customers to streamline and optimize complex business processes within SAP SD and MM modules.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, implementation partners, and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Analyze project requirements and identify skill gaps, driving resource upskilling and training initiatives.
