About the Role

We're hiring an Analyst for our Growth Analytics team, working at the intersection of data science, business analytics, and strategy for a large-scale, SMB-focused jobs marketplace. You'll partner closely with our Demand & Supply, Sales, and Product teams to solve two-sided marketplace problems — matching job demand with candidate supply, forecasting where gaps will open up, and driving measurable interventions.

This is a high-ownership role.



You won't just pull numbers; you'll frame the problem, choose the right method, and turn the answer into a decision leadership can act on.

Requirements

What you'll do
- Build and maintain SQL-based analytics on large distributed datasets (Presto/Trino), spanning candidate and job-market analysis, revenue streams, cohort/retention tracking, and conversion funnels(Python knowledge is a plus).
- Build and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards to track key metrics in real time, enabling stakeholders to self-serve insights without ad hoc requests.
- Own demand and supply forecasting: build top-down and bottom-up projection models, and flag surplus/deficit pockets at cluster and segment level before they become problems.
- Translate analysis into executive-ready deliverables — polished Word and Excel reports, leadership summaries, and occasionally market-facing / PR content for senior stakeholders.
