Key responsibilities -

Provide basic technical support to users and resolve queries

Understand product features and assist customers with issues

Perform manual testing of web/app applications

Identify, report, and track bugs and issues

Work closely with developers to ensure bug fixes

Create and maintain test cases and test reports

Ensure software quality before release

Learn and use contemporary tools including AI-based tools for testing and support

Requirements -

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Basic understanding of software testing concepts (manual testing)

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Basic knowledge of web/app functionality

Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or bug tracking tools is a plus.
