Key Responsibilities
- Identify warehouses, industrial sheds, logistics parks, and commercial properties.
- Negotiate rentals, lease terms, security deposits, CAM charges, and renewals.
- Coordinate with landlords, brokers, legal, finance, and operations teams.
- Manage lease documentation and statutory compliance.
- Prepare commercial comparisons, feasibility reports, and MIS.
- Build strong relationships with property owners and consultants.
- Drive cost optimization through effective negotiations.

Preferred Candidate
- 4-10 years of experience in Warehouse Leasing, Industrial Real Estate, or Commercial Property.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of lease agreements and legal documentation.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
- Willing to travel extensively.
