Key Responsibilities :

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management :
- Acquire and onboard HNI/UHNI clients with 1 Cr 5 Cr+ investable surplus.
- Build and maintain solid, long-term client relationships.
- Drive consistent client engagement to enhance retention and market credibility.

Financial Planning & Portfolio Management :
- Conduct comprehensive Financial Planning (FP) for clients.
- Provide ongoing portfolio advisory and rebalancing services.
- Ensure disciplined asset allocation across products and asset classes.
- Monitor client portfolios to ensure alignment with risk profiling and advisory guidelines.

Execution & Transaction Management :
- Execute transactions post financial planning and on an ongoing basis.
- Manage client requirements across Mutual Funds, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), and AIF (Alternative Investment Funds).
- Ensure seamless execution and service delivery across investment products.

Revenue & AUM Growth :
- Achieve revenue targets through a balanced mix of mutual funds (annuity income) and other asset classes.




- Drive Assets Under Advisory (AUA) growth through acquisition and portfolio expansion.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across investment products.

Business Strategy & Process Excellence :
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Establish standardized and efficient sales and advisory processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Continuously improve client servicing models to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Risk, Compliance & Governance :
- Ensure all advisory actions comply with internal and external regulatory guidelines.
- Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Research teams to ensure portfolio suitability.
- Monitor client positions to minimize mis-selling and ensure adherence to risk policies.

Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement:
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Wealth Management
