Position Overview:

Scope:

The Head of Procurement (Non-IT) will lead the global strategy and execution of indirect procurement across Quest Global. This role is responsible for driving value through strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, cost optimization, and governance while enabling business growth through strong cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing & Value Creation:
- Define and execute global sourcing strategy across indirect categories (Admin, Facilities, Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Training, Professional Services).
