Job Summary

ACCE Global Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive & Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, employee onboarding, attendance maintenance, HR documentation, office administration, and day-to-day HR coordination. Freshers with relevant internship experience and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

● Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.

● Maintain employee attendance records and leave management.

● Prepare and maintain HR documentation, employee files, and reports.

● Assist in employee benefits administration and HR operations.

● Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR processes.





● Support office administration and day-to-day administrative activities.

● Ensure proper maintenance of HR records while maintaining confidentiality.

● Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies and procedures.

● Assist in employee engagement and other HR initiatives. Required Skills
