Role Description

The
Assistant Store Manager
at Emori is responsible for driving store sales while delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram focuses on achieving sales targets, maximizing conversions, increasing average bill value, and building long-term customer relationships. The Assistant Store Manager leads the sales team on the floor, coaches team members to enhance selling skills, and ensures every customer receives personalized service aligned with Emori's brand standards.

The role also supports daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, team supervision,



and store compliance. The Assistant Store Manager monitors sales performance, implements sales strategies, resolves customer concerns, and collaborates with the Store Manager to improve productivity, customer retention, and overall store profitability.

Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience
in luxury retail or jewellery sales, with at least
1–2 years in a supervisory or Assistant Store Manager role

- Proven track record of achieving
individual and store sales targets
, improving conversion rates, and driving customer engagement.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
