Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Serve as a strategic partner to management in supporting business growth and change.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Plan and execute hiring strategies, Manage end-to-end recruitment
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive work culture and resolve employee issues.
- Conduct employee engagement activities.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee the appraisal process and ensure goal alignment.
- Guide managers on feedback and development conversations.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and implement employee development programs.
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies.
- Payroll & Attendance:
- Policy Formulation & Implementation:





Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s Degree in HR / MBA in HR
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership/generalist HR role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- *Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities*

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
