Role Description

This remote Inside Sales Representative Intern role supports the sales team in identifying and qualifying prospective clients for BPro's managed IT and cybersecurity services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outreach via email, phone, and digital channels, nurturing leads, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM.

The intern will assist with scheduling discovery calls, preparing basic sales materials,



and following up with prospects to ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process. The role also involves collaborating with the customer service and account management teams to understand client needs and support broader customer satisfaction initiatives.

This is a structured internship with hands-on guidance and training designed to build practical, transferable inside sales skills.

Shift Details

Since BPro serves clients across Australia, Current Zealand, Canada, the UK, and the US, this role operates on a night shift (IST) to align with international client hours.
