Python JD:
• Develop high-performance backend systems using Python
• Design and implement data pipelines using Snowflake and related tools
• Write complex and efficient PL/SQL queries and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements
• Optimize code and ensure best practices for performance and maintainability
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems
• Strong agile/scrum development experience, experience interpreting user stories and applying the appropriate technical solutions to deliver operational results
• Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams
Skills & Competencies:
• 46 years of software engineering experience, preferably in data-intensive environments
• Proficiency in Python for backend development or data engineering tasks




• Hands-on experience with Snowflake—including data modeling, ETL, and performance tuning
• Robust command of PL/SQL and database programming
• Solid understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Ability to manage the expectations of stakeholders
• Passion about sharing knowledge and best practice
• Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix organizations
• Needs to be a self-starter with significant ability to undertake initiatives.
