Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, and hire qualified healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Pharmacy Technicians, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Medical Assistants, and other allied healthcare staff. The ideal candidate should have experience in full-cycle recruitment, solid sourcing skills, and knowledge of the healthcare hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for healthcare positions.

Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Verify licenses, certifications, and other required healthcare credentials.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals.





Track recruitment activities using an ATS and ensure data accuracy.

Meet hiring targets and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

1–5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing.

Experience recruiting for roles such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Pharmacy Technicians, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), CNAs, Medical Assistants, or allied healthcare professionals.

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and other job portals.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience recruiting for US healthcare clients.

Knowledge of healthcare licensing and credentialing requirements.

Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
