About SwarmLens

SwarmLens is a technology company building products including SwarmLens and AssureLens. We are scaling our market presence across content, digital, PR, investor communications, and partner enablement, and we are looking for a hands-on marketing consultant to own and execute our full marketing program end to end.

Scope of Work — Marketing Programs & Cadence

The consultant will be responsible for planning, executing, coordinating, and reporting across all of the following program areas. Several areas have internal owners and contributors; the consultant is expected to lead the overall program, maintain the cadence, and ensure quality and consistency across every workstream.

1. Content & Social (Weekly)

Plan and publish organic content on LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram and X at a rhythm of 2–4 posts per week per platform, and manage daily community engagement (comments, reshares, replies, and inbound interactions). Maintain a content calendar,



develop post concepts and copy, and grow reach and engagement over time.

2. Blog (Monthly)

Work with leadership to produce 1–2 blog articles per month. Own the editorial pipeline from topic ideation and outlining through drafting, editing, and publishing. Coordinate with internal subject-matter experts for technical accuracy and ensure each post is optimized for search and aligned to campaign themes.

3. Website & SEO (Ongoing)

Manage the SwarmLens website, including monthly content updates and an ongoing SEO program (keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO hygiene, and performance tracking). Contribute to and help drive a planned website revamp, working with design and development resources as needed.

4. Newsletters (Monthly)

Produce and distribute recurring newsletters — the SwarmLens newsletter around the 15th and the AssureLens newsletter around the 30th of each month. Own conten
