Leadership Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing QA teams.
- Manage team capacity planning, hiring, and performance management.
- Define testing goals, KPIs, and delivery objectives.
- Drive automation adoption and test process improvements.
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and status reporting.
- Support organizational quality transformation initiatives.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience in DevOps and Continuous Testing environments.
- Understanding of AI-driven testing tools and Quality Engineering practices.
- Experience in Retail, eCommerce, POS, OMS, or Supply Chain domains.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ISTQB Advanced Level,



Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or relevant QA certifications preferred.
