About the role

We run a national career guidance programme for school students. Universities and higher education institutions partner with us to reach these students in a structured, transparent way at the point where students are actually making their decisions.

This role owns revenue from that side of the business. You will sell partnership programmes to private universities, deemed universities, autonomous colleges and standalone institutions.

What you will do
- Own a revenue target for university and higher education partnerships
- Build a pipeline of target institutions, mapped by region, discipline and intake size
- Reach the real decision makers: Directors of Admissions, Marketing Heads, Registrars, Pro Vice Chancellors, and promoter families at private institutions
- Run the full cycle yourself. Prospecting, first meeting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, close, and collection
- Represent us at education conferences and admission events for lead generation




- Shape deliverables around what a specific institution actually needs, rather than selling one fixed package to everyone
- Manage renewals and grow existing accounts year on year
- Keep CRM discipline: every conversation logged, every stage accurate, a forecast you can defend

What we are looking for

*Required*
- 2–5 years in B2B, institutional or concept sales
- A track record of carrying and hitting a number, with specifics you can walk us through
- Comfort with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decisions
- Solid spoken and written English plus Hindi
- Ability to build a proposal deck and a costing sheet yourself, without waiting for someone else to do it

*Strongly preferred*
- Exposure to education institutions — universities, colleges or schools
- Background in edtech, education media, admissions consulting or student recruitment
- Some understanding of how admissions budgets work and how the
