Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of our web-based CRM application. You will be responsible for testing new features, finding bugs, and ensuring a smooth user experience across different browsers and devices before our updates reach end users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive manual testing on our web application (frontend UI, forms, user flows, and data accuracy).
- Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases based on project requirements.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using our issue tracking system (e.g., Jira, Trello, GitHub Issues).
- Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved to ensure existing functionality remains intact.
- Test the application across multiple web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and screen sizes (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile).
- Work closely with the developer to understand new features and provide clear, reproducible steps for any issues found.

Requirements:
- Experience:



1–3 years of proven experience in manual testing for web applications (experience with CRMs or data-heavy applications is a big plus).
- Attention to Detail: A "break it" mentality. You enjoy finding edge cases and unexpected behaviors that regular users might encounter.
- Bug Reporting: Strong ability to write clear, concise bug reports including steps to reproduce, expected behavior, actual behavior, and screenshots/screen recordings.
- Basic Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of how web applications work.
- Familiarity with Browser Developer Tools (e.g., inspecting the console for basic JavaScript errors or checking the network tab for failed API requests).
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills in English. Ability to explain issues clearly to developers.
