Level II - Collaboration Engineer

Position Summary:

The Level II - Collaboration Engineer is a senior individual contributor responsible for the business alignment, adoption, and value realization of HCA Healthcares collaboration technologies portfolio. This role addresses the business need for well governed, user centered collaboration services that improve workforce productivity, support digital enablement, and maximize the value of enterprise technology investments.

The position provides product and operational leadership across the collaboration portfolio, partnering closely with business stakeholders, systems engineers, vendors, and support teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions, improve user experience, and strengthen service adoption and governance. In the first year, the role is expected to enhance product utilization, improve AI adoption, strengthen vendor relationships, and advance priority platform enhancements across collaboration products.

This role operates with significant autonomy, serves as a functional subject matter expert,



and contributes to senior level discussions and decisions related to product direction, user needs, governance, and lifecycle planning.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the business and product subject matter expert across the collaboration technologies portfolio, including enterprise messaging and meeting platforms, document and creative productivity solutions, work management tools, video on demand platforms, and digital signage technologies
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, product users, support teams, and vendors to understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
- Gather, document, analyze, and refine business requirements related to collaboration platforms and translate them into actionable recommendations for engineering, support, and vendor partners
- Evaluate recent product capabilities, release features, and AI enhancements across the collaboration portfol
