- Formulation and development of new construction chemical products
- Testing and evaluation of raw materials
- Product quality testing and validation
- Optimization and improvement of existing product formulations
- Conducting laboratory trials and maintaining quality standards
- Supporting new product development and innovation
Requirements:
- Experience in R&D;/QC within the Construction Chemicals or related industry
- Strong knowledge of chemical formulation and laboratory testing
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize product performance
- Positive documentation and reporting skills
