Role & responsibilities
- Supervise daily hydrogen plant operations and monitor process parameters.
- Ensure safe operation of equipment such as electrolyzers, compressors, and storage systems.
- Maintain production efficiency and gas quality as per standards.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and shutdown planning with engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations (PSM, SOPs, HAZOP guidelines).
- Monitor utility consumption and optimize plant performance.
- Prepare shift reports, production logs, and operational data.
- Lead emergency response and troubleshooting activities.

Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge of hydrogen generation processes (electrolysis/steam reforming, etc.).
- Understanding of process safety and gas handling systems.
- Basic DCS/SCADA operations knowledge.
- Familiarity with maintenance and instrumentation systems.
- MS Office and reporting tools.
- Robust leadership and team management.
- Decision-making under pressure.
- Safety-first mindset.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills.
