The firm works closely with corporates across sectors such as infrastructure, warehousing, manufacturing, engineering, logistics and real estate, assisting them in raising capital, managing treasury operations and executing complex financial transactions.

Role Purpose

The selected candidate will be part of Shah & Kirtane's Project Finance & Treasury Advisory team and will be deployed on client assignments.

The role involves managing treasury operations, coordinating with fund managers or product managers, planning fund utilization, monitoring investments and preparing treasury MIS for clients and internal management.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury & Investment Management




- Coordinate deployment of surplus funds into approved investment avenues such as Liquid Mutual Funds, Corporate Bonds or any other permitted instruments, in accordance with client requirements.
- Prepare half-monthly or monthly or quarterly review reports for tracking and analysing investments made.
- Monitor investment maturities and cashflows.
- Ensure optimum utilization of available funds while maintaining adequate liquidity.

Fund Manager / Product Manager Coordination
- Liaise regularly with fund managers and product managers on available investment products and instruments.
- Evaluate investment options in line with client risk appetite, tenure and liquidity requirements.
- Coordinate documentation and processing for investment deployment and redemption with fund houses / product providers.

Fund Utilization Planning
- Plan/Analyse fund utilization in line with client cash flow requirements.
- Track deployed and redeemed funds to ensure alignment with client liquidity n
