HR Recruiter Intern (Work From Home)

​About the Role

​Kickstart your HR career We are looking for motivated HR Recruiter Interns to join our team remotely. You will learn end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, and hiring processes.

​Key Responsibilities
- ​Source and screen candidates using various hiring channels.
- ​Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates.
- ​Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- ​Maintain recruitment records and guide candidates through the process.

​Stipend & Incentive Plan (Per Month)

​1. Joining-Based Stipend:
- ​5 – 8 Joinings: ₹3,000




- ​9 – 12 Joinings: ₹5,000
- ​13 – 15 Joinings: ₹7,500
- ​16+ Joinings: ₹10,000 + Best Performer Award

​2. Alternative Incentives:
- ​30 Walk-ins / Month: ₹2,500
- ​10 Candidate Selections / Month: ₹2,500
