Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Acquisition Manager to lead business growth initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and strengthen the company's market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and executing marketing strategies that position us as a preferred creative and digital solutions partner.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by generating and converting qualified leads into clients through strategic consultations, proposals, negotiations, and relationship management while achieving sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
- Identify current business opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, digital channels, and outbound prospecting.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discovery sessions to understand business objectives and recommend tailored marketing, branding, web development, and creative solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations,



and commercial presentations, and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.
- Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the creative, digital marketing, and project management teams to deliver client-focused solutions and ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor sales performance, maintain an accurate sales pipeline, and prepare regular reports and revenue forecasts.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives to generate qualified leads.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine business strategies.
- Represent us at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
