Role Summary
The Product Manager, Specialist role is responsible for leading digital product management initiatives, overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of strategic products. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience, define product roadmaps, and drive business growth. The specialist ensures smooth product execution,



manages escalations, and employs data-driven insights to refine product strategies. Additionally, they work with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives and market needs.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices that enhance the customer experience and drive impactful changes.

4. Partner with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues promptly, supporting escalations when needed to enable rapid delivery.
