The Infrastructure & Platform Lead will be responsible for designing, operating, and continuously improving SecNinjaz’s internal infrastructure and IT setting.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader capable of managing virtualization, secure networking, identity systems, developer platforms, and security infrastructure while leading a small team of IT engineers. The candidate will also mentor junior infrastructure engineers and help establish professional operational standards.

You will ensure that our internal systems are secure, resilient, well-documented, professionally operated and compliant, forming the backbone of our cybersecurity and product engineering teams.

Candidates should demonstrate strong understanding of secure infrastructure design and operational security practices.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain virtualization infrastructure
Operate internal technology platforms and services
Maintain secure networking and remote access infrastructure
Implement monitoring, alerting, and backup systems
Improve infrastructure documentation and operational processes




Lead and mentor junior IT / infrastructure engineers

Compliance & Governance
Support and maintain organizational compliance requirements related to IT and cybersecurity
Ensure infrastructure and systems align with defined security and compliance standards
Assist in audits by providing required technical evidence and documentation
Maintain proper access controls, logging, and system configurations as per compliance needs
Continuously improve infrastructure practices to align with evolving compliancerequirements

Requirements

Linux system administration
