We are looking for a smart, organized, and enthusiastic candidate who is eager to build a career in the Security Systems industry. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations based on customer requirements.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings (training will be provided if required).
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals and documentation.
- Track enquiries from enquiry stage to order confirmation.
- Follow up with customers regarding submitted quotations.
- Draft and send skilled emails.
- Maintain project and customer records.




- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure timely submission of quotations.
- Perform other project coordination and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in ELV, Security Systems, or Technical Sales Coordination will have an added advantage.
