Job Description:-

Technical Project Manager for Water and Wastewater Treatment (STP, ETP, WTP) leads the end-to-end execution of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. This role bridges technical engineering with project management to ensure plants are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with environmental standards.

Core Responsibilities:-
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and execution strategies from inception to commissioning and handover.
- Technical Supervision: Review and approve P&IDs;, GA drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
- Site Management: Oversee site progress, manage multidisciplinary teams (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), and coordinate with subcontractors for timely execution.
- Procurement Coordination with Purchase manager:



Manage vendor identification, evaluation, and timely delivery of critical equipment like pumps, blowers, and membranes (RO/UF).
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to statutory, environmental (e.g., PCB norms), and safety regulations, including conducting site audits and quality checks.
- Lead as instruction: - Lead and instruction to site Project Engineer in any issues.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and government authorities for approvals and technical clarifications

Key Technical Expertise:-
- Technologies: Proficiency in advanced treatment processes such as MBR (Membrane Bioreactor), SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor), MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor), RO (Reverse Osmosis), and UF (Ultrafiltration).
- Documentation: Experience in preparing daily progress reports (DPR)
- Commercial Knowledge: Ability to manage project budgets, cost control, billing veri
