Job Description
Responsibilities:

Perform quality assurance reviews of KYC documentation, customer due diligence processes, and completed Transaction Monitoring (TM) and Screening alert investigations in line with established quality frameworks and agreed SLAs
Identify, escalate, and report discrepancies or issues to FLM/TL and/or relevant client stakeholders
Ensure full compliance with AML, CTF, and other applicable regulatory and internal policy requirements
Provide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to support continuous process improvement
Collaborate closely with KYC and AML teams to maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance
