Job Description Summary
The Site Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, supervision, and control of site activities for industrial and project sites. This role is critical to ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
The ideal candidate will lead site teams, Site supervisor, manage contractors and resources, coordinate closely with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end site execution activities to ensure protected, timely, and high-quality project delivery.
Ensure all site works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, contractual requirements, and project schedules.
Plan and supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and related site activities in coordination with the project team.
Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors,



and site personnel to ensure smooth workflow and optimum resource utilization.
Monitor site progress against project milestones and implement corrective actions to address delays, deviations, and execution challenges.
Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, statutory requirements, and site regulations.
Review manpower deployment, equipment utilization, and material availability to support uninterrupted execution.
Conduct regular site reviews, progress meetings, inspections, and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Identify site-related risks, technical issues, and execution bottlenecks, and work closely with engineering and project management teams for timely resolution.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of progress reports, inspection records, daily activity reports, and other necessary site documentation.
