Salary:
₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
? Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc. Agriculture, M.Sc. Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Dutch Rose cultivation under Polyhouse (Soil Farming).
- Practical knowledge of protected cultivation practices is mandatory.
? Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Dutch Rose cultivation under polyhouse conditions.
- Plan irrigation and fertigation schedules for optimum crop growth.
- Monitor soil health, plant nutrition, and crop performance.
- Implement pest and disease management practices.
- Improve flower quality, yield, and overall farm productivity.
- Supervise field teams and manage daily farm operations.
