The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge in manufacturing processes, production planning, quality inspection, process optimization, and SAP S/4HANA implementations. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP PP/QM solutions aligned with business and operational requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead SAP PP/QM implementation, rollout, upgrade,



and support projects.Gather and analyze business requirements related to production planning and quality management.Configure and support SAP PP functionalities including:Demand ManagementMaterial Requirement Planning (MRP)Production OrdersBill of Materials (BOM)Work Centers & RoutingCapacity PlanningShop Floor ControlConfigure and support SAP QM processes including:Quality PlanningQuality InspectionInspection LotsQuality NotificationsVendor Quality ManagementAudit ManagementIntegrate SAP PP/QM with SAP MM, SD, PM, WM/EWM, and FI modules.Support SAP S/4HANA migration and digital manufacturing initiatives.Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements.Conduct SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment activities.Provide post-production support and resolve critical issues within SLA timelines.Develop process documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training sessions.Mentor junior consultants and support project governance activities.Required Skills & Qualifications12+ years of hands-on SAP PP/QM functional consulting experience.Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.Solid expertise in manufacturing and quality management business processes.Experience with SAP S/4HANA PP/QM functionalitie
