Role Description
The Barista role at The Amore Surat is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas, in line with the venue’s quality and presentation standards. Day-to-day tasks include taking guest orders, operating coffee equipment, maintaining cleanliness of the bar and service areas, and supporting food preparation as needed. The Barista will interact with guests, answer questions about the menu, and ensure consistent, friendly,



and efficient service during events and daily operations. The role may also involve restocking supplies, monitoring inventory, and collaborating with the wider service team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage with guests professionally and warmly.
- Barista experience or skills in beverage preparation, coffee equipment handling, and drink presentation.
- Effective Communication skills to take orders accurately, coordinate with team members, and respond to guest needs.
- Basic Food Preparation skills to assist with simple menu items and maintain hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment with attention to detail and reliability.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
