Key skills:
- ServiceNow ITSM
- Solid understanding of
incident, request, change, problem, and knowledge management
processes.
- Good
Linux administration and troubleshooting
experience.
- AWS
- Hands-on experience with
monitoring, observability, and alerting
tools.
Must-have:
- Support the transition from
JIRA-based ITSM to ServiceNow ITSM
, including process design, workflow implementation, and operational adoption.
- Help the team adopt
new ways of working in ServiceNow
through coaching, documentation, and day-to-day support.
- DevOps mindset
- Experienced (10+ years), independent, responsible and team leadership – communication, coaching etc
- Based in Bangalore and goes to AZ office 2 days a week
Good to have:
- Exposure to HPC engineering landscape in understanding and prioritising tickets
- Exposure to SLURM
