Position: Assistant HR

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Assistant HR to support our Human Resources department in managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring smooth workforce administration across our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.




- Support employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee time records.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate employee and attendance data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records.
- Support employee engagement activities and help address employee queries.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing requirements.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and other HR initiatives.
- Handle general administrative and HR-related responsibilities as assigned.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. An MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
